Love this place
It's clean
And lovely customer service
Only down it might take long for food to be prepared- but if you're prepared with enough time, enjoy!! -

We placed a sushi order for lunch. "It'll be 40 minutes." Cool. When the time comes, we take our lunch and show up an hour after we placed our order. That gave them an extra 20 minutes to have our order ready. Was our order ready? Nope.
But wait - it gets better! Not only is our order not ready, there's no record of our order anywhere to be found, and the girl up front implies that somehow it's our fault that our food isn't ready. Nice.
She starts writing our order down and says it'll be another 15 minutes because they've been really busy. We look around the restaurant. Guess how many people are inside? Three. So 40 minutes wasn't enough to write down and prepare an order, an extra 20 minutes wasn't enough, and after blaming us for having no record of the order, your BS excuse for making us wait more is that you've been really busy. You're a local sushi spot in San Fernando with three people in your restaurant and currently 3.5 stars on Yelp. Chill. We didn't bother waiting. We left and got food elsewhere.
My advice to this place:
1) Write down the orders.
2) If a customer gives you an extra 20 minutes, make damn sure the order is ready when he arrives.
3) When you screw up, take ownership, apologize, and offer a solution. Don't blame the customer and lie about how busy you are when there are only 3 people in your restaurant.
Thanks for literally nothing. -

I've been here twice and I absolutely love it. They have a ton of sushi options and their rolls are huge compared to other sushi places I've gone to. The prices are so cheap for the delicious sushi you get. They have a parking lot and at times it can be full but if you go towards the left side there's always parking there.
It's my new favorite and affordable sushi spot in the San Fernando valley. -

I'm always concerned about Asian hole in the wall restaurants in low income neighborhoods, especially given that it's a very Spanish majority neighborhood. From my experience, restaurants that serve ethnic minority food outside of it's own comfort zone, tends to serve sub par versions of national dishes because they think the community won't know any better. I've seen it happen so many times in malls, so I did not high hopes for this restaurant. Now that I've eaten here, I can attest to the foods authenticity, it actually is delicious and the quality isn't shoddy either, it's the real deal! I got the #65 bento box and upgraded to spicy tuna... And boy did it hit the spot. I absolutely recommend this spot. It gets my Asian-guy-eating-Asian-food-in-a-non-Asian-community-restaurant stamp of approval. This place serves great food at fair prices! Eat here!!
